Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, for 7 or more hours per day.
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
Maintain a clean and organized salon.
Handle cash and open or close the business.
Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
