Beauty Sales Consultant
About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is seeking passionate, hard-working, sales-focused employees who are interested in beauty, wellness, self-care, and skincare. The role offers base pay plus commission and a multiplier, with average employees earning $18–$25 per hour and top performers earning more. Part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling; salons are closed on all major holidays. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, for 7 or more hours per day.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon.
- Handle cash and open or close the business.
- Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
