About The Position

The Beauty Expert is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, applying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position also supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Role-model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Follow the merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
Give and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
