About The Position
The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant proactively approaches clients to understand how to provide a rewarding experience, keeps current on beauty products, techniques, and trends, and participates in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is presented well and available. The role also models strong beauty business values and culture.

Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
