About The Position

The Beauty Consultant provides a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience to clients. The role demonstrates beauty products and techniques and uses in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives.

The consultant approaches clients in a friendly manner to understand how to provide a rewarding experience, stays current on beauty trends by learning about products and techniques, and supports presentation and availability of merchandise in assigned areas. The role also models strong beauty business values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
• Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
• Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
• Model strong beauty business values and culture.
