About The Position
The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The position is at the Staten Island Mall. JCPenney does not anticipate closing this job opportunity.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
