The Beauty Coach represents the Clarins brand and drives business by acquiring and retaining customers while providing superior customer service. In a passionate, team-oriented retail environment, the role offers customers advice and an elevated, seamless experience through consultation, makeup, and product application.
Requirements
- Prior cosmetics experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and sales experience.
- Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create activity and animation.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Comfort demonstrating products.
- Customer-service oriented, confident, positive, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Achieve counter sales goals.
- Assist the counter in successfully achieving events and promotions.
- Provide an elevated and seamless customer experience through consultation, makeup, and product application.
- Communicate with management.
- Maintain counter hygiene and presentation.
