About The Position
Clarins Group is hiring a full-time Beauty Coach based at the Clarins counter in Bloomingdale’s in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The Beauty Coach represents the Clarins brand and drives business by acquiring and retaining customers while providing superior customer service. In a team environment, the role provides customer consultations, makeup and product applications, and product advice. The position also supports sales goals, events and promotions, counter communication, hygiene, and presentation.
Requirements
- Prior cosmetics experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and sales experience.
- Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create activity and animation.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and passionate about the brand.
- Comfortable demonstrating products.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Confident, positive, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Achieve counter sales goals.
- Assist the counter in successfully achieving events and promotions.
- Provide an elevated and seamless customer experience through consultation, makeup, and product application.
- Communicate with management.
- Maintain counter hygiene and presentation.
