About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized beauty experiences through consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll use your product knowledge to educate and empower clients, keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends, and help clients find products that meet their needs.

You’ll contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting inventory, merchandising, and a clean, organized, welcoming store. The role also includes helping foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and following company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, typically 4–14 hours per week, and requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
