About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations that support their beauty needs and confidence. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty trends, help achieve sales goals and performance indicators, and contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store. You’ll also support an inclusive, collaborative environment and follow company policies to help ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, scheduled as needed for 4–14 hours per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and reliable attendance are required. The hourly pay range is $19.80–$22.90, with the actual rate depending on relevant qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Healthcare and wellbeing benefits are offered based on eligibility.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum weekly hours for a flex role (4–14 hours per week).
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
