About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support their beauty needs and confidence. You’ll share product knowledge, stay current on beauty trends, help achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, and contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store. You’ll also help foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies to support a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, typically 4–14 hours per week. Associates must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours; flex associates are expected to work 4–14 hours per week.
• Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
