About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support their beauty journeys. You’ll share product knowledge, keep up with beauty trends, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store environment. The role also supports sales goals and key performance indicators, inventory and merchandising, and a clean, organized, welcoming, and safe shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, typically 4–14 hours per week, and requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to quickly learn, absorb, and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for 4–14 hours per week as needed, including peak retail operations, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
