About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth and confidence, provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, and support clients’ beauty journeys. You’ll share product knowledge, keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends, and contribute to sales goals and key performance indicators. You’ll also support inventory and merchandising, maintain a clean and welcoming store, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and follow company policies to help provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, requiring 4–14 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours for a flex role (4–14 hours per week).
