Requirements
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Attention to detail; goal-oriented and results-driven
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate professionally via text and email
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for the sales team.
- Following up on internet inquiries.
- Following up on incoming phone leads ('Phone Ups').
- Following up on customers who recently visited the dealership.
- Following up on previous leads.
