Responsibilities
- Handle and schedule inbound service phone calls.
- Make outbound calls to previous service customers to schedule service and warranty appointments.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and phone skills.
- Possess self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and active listening ability.
- Communicate effectively in both positive and negative situations.
- Apply knowledge of telephone, text, and email techniques and etiquette.
- Familiarity with service procedures, processes, and follow-up.
- Deliver a 110% customer experience through active listening and an enthusiastic, professional, and confident attitude.
