About The Position

Harr Motor Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for a desk-based sales support role. This is a great opportunity to break into the automotive industry or for someone with experience looking to work for a high-volume store. You'll work alongside our sales team, handling customer inquiries and helping guide guests through the early stages of their car-buying journey.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a plus
• CRM experience is a plus
• Willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries
• Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system
• Handle high-volume outreach and maximize customer connections
