About The Position

The Automotive Dealership BDC Representative is responsible for managing and contacting all incoming internet and phone inquiries, and proactively pursuing additional customer leads. This role involves contacting present customers via phone, texting, and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty. The representative will work in close partnership with managers to provide qualified answers to leads and detailed information on customer requirements. They will establish relationships and set appointments for customers to visit the dealerships for test drives and sales presentations. Additionally, the representative will assist with special service projects/campaigns and contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must have general knowledge of all makes and models as we handle everything, including many high line units
• Must be good with technology (phones, computer, etc.)
• Must be highly organized
• Must be able to work independently
• Team player
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least two years of BDC experience in the automotive space
