The BDC/Internet Sales Representative will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and conducting follow-ups. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a must for this role.

Requirements

• Previous Call Center experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
• Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
• Responding to inquiries in a professional, and well-spoken manner.
• Maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
