About The Position

Parkway Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated, competitive, and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a performance-based role with significant income potential, offering competitive hourly pay plus commission, personal bonuses, team performance bonuses, and weekend bonuses. The BDR will be one of the first points of contact for customers, responsible for connecting with them, building relationships, setting quality appointments, and guiding them towards purchasing a vehicle. No prior automotive experience is necessary, as the company will provide training on the automotive side of the business. The ideal candidate possesses the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and organizational skills
