Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for potential customers—via phone, email, text, and chat
- Respond to leads FAST and follow up with precision
- Set appointments that turn into showroom traffic
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Crush daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Keep our CRM system clean and up-to-date
