About The Position

INFINITI Stuart, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced, energetic BDC Manager to lead its Business Development Center team and deliver an exceptional client experience. The manager oversees daily BDC operations, develops processes to generate quality appointments for sales and service, and coaches representatives to achieve individual and team goals. The role tracks performance metrics and customer satisfaction, improves lead conversion, and partners with Sales, Service, and Marketing to ensure leads are handled consistently and clients receive excellent service from their first contact.

Requirements

Proven BDC management experience; automotive experience is preferred.
A track record of leading a successful team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong coaching ability and comfort holding people accountable.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid CRM proficiency.
A customer-first mindset focused on building lasting relationships.
Analytical and organized, with the ability to turn data into action.
