About The Position

Premier Toyota of Amherst is looking for a full-time, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a BDC Customer Service Manager. This position requires a driven, positive, and knowledgeable person. The ideal candidate should be able to provide a high level of expertise in customer service, have a friendly and professional attitude, and be able to manage a team and help assist with customers requests in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use basic office equipment and technology
  • Basic knowledge of automotive products or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Assist customers with product selections and recommend features they may want to consider
  • Provide product and services information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and procedures and adhere to safety standards
