Mazda & Kia of Fargo is seeking a motivated, experienced BDC Manager to oversee a team of BDC associates handling incoming phone calls and internet leads, contacting existing customers, and creating customer appointments and sales opportunities. Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive BDC management experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings.
Strong appointment-setting, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Proven leadership ability and ability to develop and motivate a team.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of the BDC department.
Assist individual BDC associates in setting monthly sales goals.
Track customers to ensure prompt responses and monitor follow-up within the CRM.
Ensure BDC associates meet or exceed activity standards for phone calls and appointments.
Participate in team and process development sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments.
Stay up to date on manufacturer training.
Provide monthly performance and activity reports.
