About The Position

The BDC Associate manages and tracks leads, oversees the day-to-day operation of the center, monitors performance metrics, and trains and supports call center representatives. The role also answers customer inquiries and calls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all leads.
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
• Manage the day-to-day business of the center.
• Collect and analyze metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to call center representatives.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
