About The Position

The BDC Associate manages and tracks leads, ensures timely follow-up, oversees the center’s daily business, and collects and analyzes metrics. The role also includes training and supporting call center representatives and answering customer inquiries and calls when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all leads.
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
• Manage the day-to-day business of the center.
• Collect and analyze metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to call center representatives.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
