Requirements

Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable talking on the phone while typing and navigating multiple computer systems
Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods
Availability Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays required

Nice To Haves

1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Experience with multi-line phones, and CRM systems— but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

Professionally answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service on every call and online inquiry
Complete, respond to, and assign internet leads across the dealership group
Perform outbound service follow-up calls
Help maintain accurate and organized customer databases
Work across multiple systems and screens efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Assist with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed
