Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Qualify service customers for upgrades
  • Review upgrade benefits
  • Offer trade appraisals and buy offers for dealership to purchase their vehicle
  • Qualify lease-end customers over mileage and present better options vs. over-mileage fees
  • Offer upgrade options to customers facing hefty repairs on their current vehicle
  • Manage contacts for lease ends and offer upgrade options
  • Manage contacts for retail ends and present benefits
  • Maintain long-term internet/phone retention
  • Take inbound sales calls
  • Assist customers when the sales floor has reached capacity
