About The Position

We are looking for a BDC Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping guide them through their service experience from initial inquiry to post-visit follow-up. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Previous customer service experience required; dealership or BDC experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for service customers via phone, text, and email, delivering a friendly and professional experience
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments while coordinating with the service team to maximize efficiency
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and service history in CRM systems
  • Promote service offerings, maintenance recommendations, and current specials to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Track and report on appointment activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics
