About The Position

The BD Systems Associate will design, implement, and optimize a connected ecosystem of AI-powered business development (BD) tools to enhance employer engagement outcomes globally. This role will focus on integrating multiple AI tools across the employer engagement lifecycle (lead identification, outreach, meetings, placement, and account management). The goal is to build scalable, automated workflows that increase productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve conversion rates across the BD funnel. The Associate will act as a bridge between BD, operations, and technical systems, ensuring tools are not only implemented but effectively adopted by a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an integrated BD tech stack, connecting tools such as Topo/Outreach, Clay, Salesforce, VOIP systems, and AI note-takers.
  • Work with the digital team to sync tools with Salesforce to centralize employer engagement data and insights.
  • Build workflows that connect lead generation, outreach, meeting insights, and account management into one cohesive system.
  • Deploy AI-enabled solutions for lead identification and enrichment (e.g., Clay, Lusha).
  • Support new country experimentation and onboarding to tools.
  • Automate outreach using tools like Topo, Outreach.io, and Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Work with the digital team to set up calling infrastructure (VOIP / WhatsApp Business) for global outreach.
  • Automate repetitive BD processes (prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, reporting).
  • Reduce tool fragmentation by implementing integration solutions (e.g., Clay as a central connector).
  • Ensure clean data flows and minimize duplication across systems.
  • Configure tools to match Salesforce CRM workflows and PowerBi dashboards.
  • Experiment with AI agents to prioritize leads and accounts, flag stale opportunities, and suggest next-best actions and outreach strategies.
  • Ensure consistent capture of meeting insights and employer interactions in CRM.
  • Train BD teams on new tools and workflows.
  • Create simple usage guides and best practices to drive adoption across regions.
  • Monitor usage and continuously improve systems based on feedback.
