The vacant CX/UX Researcher (Fixed-Term 12 months) role will report to the Head, Strategy. The CX/UX Researcher is responsible for understanding customer needs, behaviours, and pain points, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that improve products, services, and end-to-end experiences. You will work at the intersection of research, design, and product, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence—not assumptions—and that customer insights meaningfully shape product outcomes.
