About The Position

The Field Sales & Community Recruitment Associate recruits local businesses into a growing delivery partner program. This field-based role involves engaging business owners, building community relationships, guiding prospective partners through onboarding, and supporting successful program launches. The role covers an assigned local territory in the Missoula or Kalispell, Montana area and requires daily local travel. Compensation includes uncapped commission opportunities, with a stated hourly pay range of $28.00–$29.00.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales, customer service, retail, or business development experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
Experience with CRM systems.
Proficiency with Excel and other technology tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Nice To Haves

Door-to-door or field sales experience.
Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses within the assigned territory.
Present and promote the delivery partner opportunity to business owners.
Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
Manage leads and activities in Salesforce.
Follow up with prospects and provide customer support.
Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local recruitment efforts.
Build relationships with chambers of commerce, community organizations, and local influencers.
Travel throughout the territory to meet with businesses and support recruiting initiatives.
