We take pride in the depth of knowledge available to you every day. We are seeking an LBAs/BCBA who want a growth position with opportunities to become a Director for a Clinic.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Licensure in Connecticut as a Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals, families, and caregivers
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction, parent training, and supervision of RBTs/BTs for a caseload of clients receiving services.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Complete functional assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aimed at reducing and eliminating challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to support continuity and quality of care.
- Communicate with and coach parents on treatment procedures and child progress across all developmental domains.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medically necessary services—including your own and your staff’s session notes—in accordance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and HIPAA standards.
