Position: BCBA – Clinical Leader Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated, experienced BCBA who thrives in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be an engaged and proactive clinical professional who enjoys developing behavior therapists, collaborating with families, and fostering a positive, productive environment for both staff and clients.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Human Development)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct ABA experience
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and energy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills, especially in data collection, analysis, and report writing
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively in various settings and with diverse audiences
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must meet agency driving insurability standards and pass required background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a leadership role within the ABA field
  • Proven ability to supervise and support staff while maintaining a high standard of clinical quality and team morale

Responsibilities
