About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences across Goodyear, AZ and the greater West Valley. The ideal candidate is motivated, clinically strong, and ready to work directly with clients, families, and school staff to design and implement individualized ABA programs. This role reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and works closely with our Director of Outcomes & Innovation. You’ll serve as both a clinical leader and a mentor — shaping treatment, coaching your team, and helping families see real progress. We are a locally owned, clinician-led ABA provider — not private-equity owned. That means no unrealistic productivity demands and no volume-over-quality pressure. We intentionally prioritize ethical practice, individualized care, and meaningful outcomes. Our services are delivered where children live and learn: in homes, schools, and community settings throughout the West Valley.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona, or eligibility for licensure
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and evidence-based practices
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and clinical report writing
  • Reliable transportation for travel to home and school settings in the West Valley
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA in clinical, in-home, or school settings
  • School-based ABA experience is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, or similar assessment tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Oversee ABA Programs: Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct Assessments: Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments including VB-MAPP and Vineland.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians: Provide clinical supervision, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Coordinators.
  • Collaborate Across Settings: Partner closely with families, caregivers, and school staff to ensure consistency in ABA strategies across home, school, and community environments.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly review client data, adjust treatment plans as needed, and produce clear progress documentation.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold ethical standards set by the BACB, Arizona LBA licensure requirements, and payer regulations.
  • Family & Team Engagement: Deliver caregiver and teacher training that is practical, respectful, and individualized to each family’s needs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $67,000 – $92,000 annually based on experience
  • Health insurance with an employer-paid portion of employee premiums
