About The Position

A brand-new, privately-owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova, TN and they are actively looking for a BCBA to join from the ground floor. This is a full-time, in-clinic only position with a small caseload of 8-12 clients aged 18 months to 6 years, targeting 25 billable hours per week. The role involves supervising RBTs and interns on-site and collaborating with in-house Speech-Language Pathologists and OTs. This is an opportunity to join a new clinic, help shape its clinical culture, and work in a clinician-first environment with direct access to ownership and leadership.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• BLS/CPR certified

Nice To Haves

• Early intervention experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and interns on-site
• Work with in-house Speech-Language Pathologist and OT
• Manage a caseload of 8-12 clients (ages 18 months – 6 years)
• Achieve a target of 25 billable hours per week
