Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
Support and collaborate with a team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
Advance career with clear growth opportunities.
Make a real impact in state-of-the-art centers.
Provide customized virtual orientation and ongoing training.
Offer ongoing training in established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
Provide centralized home office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and more.
Facilitate RBT training for more interaction and collaboration.
Support new hires through training with an RBT Buddy.
