About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as Senior Director of Clinical Services in Allen, Texas. The company provides center-based ABA therapy and is seeking a clinician who shares its focus on meaningful change and excellent care for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role is part of a clinical organization with centralized home-office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, billing, and other functions. BCBAs receive customized virtual orientation and six weeks of ongoing training, along with access to established clinical practices, automated clinical tools, and professional development opportunities. The posting also describes collaboration with RBTs, including a buddy to support new hires during training.
