About The Position

The Helper plays a key role in the day-to-day tasks of bathroom renovations, helping our skilled tradespeople and project managers maintain the flow of work. You'll assist with demolition, cleanup, material handling, and other essential tasks that ensure the renovation process runs smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Comfortable working on your feet and in various environments (dirty, wet, dusty).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Experience in home renovation or maintenance is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is beneficial.
