Requirements

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills —you know how to connect with customers and close deals.
A self-motivated growth mindset and the drive to achieve high earnings.
Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Present and sell Luxury Bath NJPA’s industry-leading bathroom remodeling products and services to homeowners throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Focus on closing deals, not prospecting—using high-quality, pre-qualified leads.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
