This role is for a Controls Integrator / Project Manager in Seattle, WA. The company is a Mechanical & Controls Contractor and a commercial and industrial mechanical equipment representative based in the Pacific Northwest. Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Controls Specialist / PM.
- Familiarity with Tridium.
- Understanding of controls integration for BMS systems.
- Ability to manage installation projects.
- Self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities
- Integrate established BMS systems with newly installed equipment.
- Lead and grow the controls integration department.
- Manage projects related to HVAC solutions.
- Design and implement HVAC systems focusing on energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Potentially expand territory to include Seattle, Eastern Washington, and Portland in a business development director role.
