About The Position

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a BAS Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and customer support for building automation systems. The role also manages estimated preventative maintenance hours on assigned contracts and documents maintenance activities and service tickets.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in building automation and mechanical controls industry service experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• MET Technical Degree, MES Journeyman, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled controls preventative maintenance for various building automation systems.
• Perform technical startup, checkout, and commissioning of building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace building automation systems during service calls.
• Provide remote support for building automation customers.
• Manage estimated preventative maintenance hours on assigned contracts.
• Log maintenance tasks via building automation system.
• Complete service ticket reports for all preventative maintenance accounts and projects.
