BAS Project Manager
About The Position
HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a BAS Project Manager to manage and execute Building Automation Controls projects from kickoff through closeout. The role oversees project budgets, schedules, financial forecasts, costs, and margin objectives, while serving as the primary client contact and handling change orders and scope adjustments. The ideal candidate has experience in BAS project management or a similar role in mechanical or controls contracting, along with knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or building automation construction processes. Experience in both Design-Build and Plan & Spec environments is preferred.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a BAS Project Manager or in a similar role in mechanical or controls contracting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or building automation construction processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active projects.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with both Design-Build and Plan & Spec environments.
