BAS Project Manager
About The Position
The BAS Project Manager manages and executes Building Automation Controls projects from kickoff through closeout. The role oversees project budgets, schedules, financial forecasts, costs, and margins, while serving as the primary client contact and handling change orders and scope adjustments. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role in mechanical or controls contracting, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or building automation construction processes. Experience in Design-Build and Plan & Spec environments is preferred.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a BAS Project Manager or in a similar role in mechanical or controls contracting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or building automation construction processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active projects.

- Experience with both Design-Build and Plan & Spec environments.
