About The Position

The Bartender at Wolf by Vanderpump, a rooftop concept at Caesars Republic Scottsdale, delivers fast-paced, high-touch service in a high-volume environment. The role involves crafting cocktails with precision and flair, maintaining a stocked, prepared, and clean bar, coordinating with service staff and leadership, and creating an energetic, stylish, guest-focused atmosphere. Bartenders also handle guest tabs and payment transactions and may perform additional duties assigned by management to support hotel operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Cocktail knowledge and bar etiquette.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Confident, guest-first attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rooftop service hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, flawless, high-touch service in a high-volume rooftop environment.
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes with precision and flair.
• Keep the bar stocked, prepared, and clean.
• Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and leadership to support smooth service.
• Engage with guests in a natural, elevated, on-brand manner.
• Accurately handle tabs, cash, and credit card transactions.
• Help maintain an energetic, stylish, guest-focused atmosphere.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support smooth hotel operations.
