About The Position

110 Grill Berlin is hiring bartenders for full-time and part-time schedules. The role involves providing polished, engaging service at guests’ pace; understanding the menu and ingredients; answering guest questions about food and beverages, allergies, item availability, and restaurant policies; and supporting the team with service and restaurant tasks. Nights and weekends are required, and flexible schedules are offered.

Requirements

Knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
Ability to answer guest questions about food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability, and restaurant policies.
Knowledge of all steps of service.
Ability to provide polished, engaging, and personable guest service.
Ability to work as a team and perform tasks delegated by management.
Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Know all menu items and ingredients to best serve guests.
Answer guest questions about menu items, food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability, and 110 Grill policies.
Know and follow all steps of service, providing polished service at the guests’ pace.
Engage with guests enthusiastically and personably to create a pleasurable dining experience.
Maintain eye contact and presence behind the bar.
Help the team wherever necessary, including answering the phone, helping seat guests, running food, and completing running side work.
Perform tasks delegated by management.
Approach guests with enthusiasm and explain the restaurant’s food and service concept.
Complete opening and closing side work, including daily setup and breakdown of the dining room.
Work with the team to complete running side work, including running food and beverages, resetting tables, and preparing product.
