About The Position

The Bartender at La Hacienda provides professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests. The role includes advising guests about beverage menu items, mixing drinks, and managing beverage stock according to guidelines. The bartender is expected to know beverage lists and promotions, particularly sugar cane spirits, as well as menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods. The position reports to the La Hacienda General Manager and requires following outlet service standards and all food and beverage safety and sanitation policies. Other duties may be assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Previous point-of-sale system experience is an asset.

• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
