About The Position
X-Golf Ashburn is redefining the bar experience. As a premier eatertainment destination , we combine cutting-edge golf simulation with an energetic bar and dining atmosphere. We’re looking for Bartenders who can also step into a service role when needed , supporting the full guest experience across the floor. This role is for someone who thrives behind the bar but understands that great hospitality extends beyond it.
Requirements
- 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting both bar and floor service
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and beverage service
- Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in high-volume environments
- Team-oriented and dependable
Nice To Haves
- Serving experience
- Alcohol certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, etc.)
- Experience in entertainment-driven or high-energy venues
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and beverages with consistency and speed
- Engage guests at the bar while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere
- Support table service as needed, including taking orders and delivering food
- Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance the overall experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Assist with overall front-of-house operations during busy shifts
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
