About The Position

We are looking for a creative and passionate bartender or mixologist who loves to craft unique beverages and ensure guests are refreshed and satisfied. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, managing bar inventory, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and service.
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and presentation skills with a focus on serving customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons.
Ability to learn Point of Sales systems and software.
Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or other related training required.
Must be at least 18 years or older to serve alcoholic drinks.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as ordered.
Oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies.
Collect money for drinks served.
Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
Refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive, using proper judgment and discretion.
Prepare fruit and other garnishes ahead of the bar opening.
Maintain bar spaces, keeping them clean and organized.
Display glasses, liquor, and other bar items attractively.
Receive orders from patrons or waitstaff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
