About The Position

Ted's Bulletin is hiring Bartenders for our newest location at One Loudoun in Ashburn, VA. Ted's Bulletin is well-known for its tarts, boozy milkshakes, and all-day breakfasts, but it's also much more than that. They run a scratch kitchen using fresh ingredients prepared onsite, offering a carefully curated menu of craveable American cuisine. They have recently enhanced their menu with the introduction of lighter fare, while retaining the classic items that regulars have come to know and love. They have exciting plans for continued development of the brand from a culinary perspective and beyond, and now's a great time to jump on board. They're looking for experienced Bartenders to join their team. You'll have at least 6 months of experience executing under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment. They're not just looking for an order-taker/drink-maker - they're seeking a true hospitality professional who is warm, genuine, and engaging, as well as efficient and accurate. Their people are what make them different from other restaurants. They value their team members because they are what cause guests to return. Their management team is supportive, while also holding each other accountable. They hold themselves to high standards, but also like to have fun.
