About The Position

Frida's is seeking an experienced server/bartender to join our daytime team. We're looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently provide excellent service while preparing quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking for consistent daytime shifts in an established, chef-owned restaurant.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of serving experience
Bartending experience required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently
Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Weekday lunch availability required; schedule varies based on business needs

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive service from greeting through payment
Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized section throughout service
Resolve guest concerns professionally
Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
Restock liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and bar supplies
Ensure consistency and quality with every drink served
Support smooth lunch service in both the dining room and bar
Complete opening duties and side work
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management
Help maintain a clean, organized restaurant throughout the shift
